SONOMA VALLEY ESCAPES POLICIES

A signed liability release will be required and an advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent shall be required at the time of making the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

In lieu of a security deposit, credit cards will be held for 45 days after checkout in the case of damage or excessive utility fees.

Cancellations received later than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount due for the stay. A $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled reservations. In addition, penalties will be charged for cancellations made later than 90 days prior to arrival date (60-90 days: 25%; 30-60 days: 50%).

Standard cleaning fees (ranging from $0-$550 depending on the property) will be added. A 12%-14% Transient Occupancy Tax is applied to rent, cleaning fees and administration fee.

Please inquire about the minimum stay, which ranges from 2 days to 1 week. High season rates apply May-October and holiday periods year-round. Nightly rate and minimum stay are subject to change dependent on local events and holidays.

Check-in is 4-6pm and check-out is 11am.

We must be informed of the number of adults and number and ages of children. Not all properties are suitable for young children and prior approval is required.

Sonoma County quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am, some properties quiet hours are from 9 pm - 9 am. Violation of the quiet hours can result in neighbors calling the police, fines and eviction without refund.

Maximum occupancy is set by Sonoma County and listed for each property. Failure to comply can result in neighbors calling the police, fines and eviction without refund.

Only one vehicle per bedroom allowed at each property.
