We here at Sonoma Valley Escapes have adopted the procedures and protocol suggested by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Our goal has always been the well-being of both our guests and our staff. We are committed to helping you create the same great experience here in Sonoma Valley while maintaining these elevated cleaning practices and provide you with the necessities one would need to explore our historic town in comfort during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All staff are required to have a "health check in" prior to going onto a property, and wear personal protective equipment while on property.
If you have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19, or are feeling symptoms of the disease please inform us prior to arrival. We have a flexible cancellation policy during these times and wish to maintain a level of safety for our staff and future guests. Please contact us immediately if these symptoms occur prior to arrival.
We will provide each guest with a mask, and each group with a bottle of hand sanitizer.
- The common touch points in each house have been identified and are sanitized prior to any new guests arrival.
- All pillows are cleaned and rotated prior to guests using them.
- All chemicals used during the cleaning process are CDC approved.
Although we do allow a limited number of extra guests during day-time hours, please make sure that those guests are symptom free and have not been in contact with COVID-19.
