Cute one room Bungalow in Sonoma- Includes Wine Tasting Passport

awesome stay! great location, close enough to downtown, just far enough so its perfectly quiet at night. We have no hestitation regarding staying here again!

This cottage is quaint and quiet. We loved seeing the deer, quail, jack rabbit and other things of nature around the property. Sonoma was central to all the places we wanted to go in Napa and Sonoma Counties. I will definitely stay here again (as long as I can still get in and out of the clawfoot tub/shower:)).

My wife and I loved our stay at the cottage. The place is well-maintained and perfect for couples. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Anywhere in Sonoma is only a few minutes away and Napa is only a 20-25 minute drive. They even included a nice bottle of wine and a wine passport (two-for-one tastings) for select wineries in Sonoma and along Highway 12. Communication was quick and check-in was simple. I really could just copy and paste their own description of the place. It's very accurate. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location…being able to walk into town (sidewalk the whole way) for our morning coffee/breakfast and then again later to walk around the plaza for wine and cider tasting, shopping, etc. It was easy to find and was on the north of town which made for easy access to Highway 12 and the scenic drive up to the north for exploring wineries between Sonoma and Healdsburg, or a scenic drive to Bodega Bay (and Hwy 1 drive further north to beautiful views and beaches). The place was very clean and the gas fireplace worked well to take the chill off at night. They also kindly provided a bottle of wine and local coffee to try!

Perfect combination of isolation and peaceful beauty with walking distance to many Sonoma attractions. In a private area with three other cottages, but spaced out enough that it was quiet and private. Nice scenery around the place, and less than a 20 minute walk to most restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and other attractions in Sonoma. Able to get the fireplace system working with the small fan - but it was unusually cold for a few days so this would normally not be a concern. Host was helpful and really loved the wine passport left for us (2 for 1 wine tastings for at least a dozen Sonoma area wineries or tasting rooms). Would definitely stay here again in the future!

If you are traveling through Wine Country this place is perfect for a couple! We didn’t really spend much time during the day since we spent every day exploring but our evenings were great! Claw foot tub and the gas fireplace were really nice touches. Highly recommend.

An absolute perfect stay for two! Beautiful location, very clean, and extremely close to the village square. Could not recommend enough and very grateful for how communicative the owners were while booking.

I grew up in Sonoma but have been gone for 20 years now, which means I’ve visited many, many times. As hotel prices continue to rise with the town’s popularity, I cannot overstate what a steal the Manzanita cottage is (and that’s aside from the fact that I’d rather stay here than any of the hotels, anyway!). Arriving there felt like discovering a secret that has been beneath my nose for my whole life, this little grove of cottages down a dirt drive off a road I’ve driven thousands of times. It’s so peaceful and serene, it feels like you’re way out in the country, even though it’s just a few blocks to town. I woke to the sound of roosters crowing, and saw a deer family, wild turkeys and rabbits every day. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very, very safe there. The cottage had everything I needed and then some: very comfortable bed and high-end linens, local coffee, welcome wine and cheese, a little fridge, outdoor seating spots, a hot shower. So much charm. I will absolutely be back.
