Cute one room Cottage in Sonoma- Includes Wine Tasting Passport

What a charming, private, and quiet place to stay. The grounds and views are beautiful, and it’s conveniently adjacent to hiking and walking trails, which we enjoyed.

However, it’s almost like a glamping experience. The home is old and doesn’t have much insulation, causing it to get warm and chilly (heating/cooling system worked fine). This also influenced a large number of bugs in the home, making sleeping difficult, (note: a bee flew in due to a nest in one of the front trees). Wish there was bug spray or a vacuum available.

The bathroom is extremely small, making it challenging to get ready, and the tub/shower is a bit difficult to access. There’s also no full-length mirror, which is something to consider if you’re preparing for an event.

Was a bit disappointed to find human hair on the linens and bath towels. While they seemed clean, it was unpleasant to discover.

All in all, it’s an awesome property in close proximity to everything, but with a few caveats to keep in mind.

Beautiful space and location! The views were great to wake up to each morning and it was a convenient location to get to everything we wanted to do, or just spend time relaxing. One thing to note is the old-style stove in the photos is not functional, I missed in the details of the listing that kitchenette didn’t include a stovetop which switched up some of our meal plans. We were booking sort of quickly and I didn’t realize until we arrived that only a microwave and fridge are available.

This Cottage was Awesome! Its tucked away in a nice quiet area but is close enough to everything in Sonoma. Ubers were very easy to get at this location. The water is hot and the heat works great! Don't hesitate to book this place, it's one heckuva deal! We will definitely be back!

The Oak Hill cottage is a delightful place to stay. It was spotlessly clean, and the location is amazing; a rural setting just steps away from "urban" Sonoma. We had a minor snafu but Phyllis, the contact person, was very responsive. The cottage is a bit different than the picture shows it. The chest shown in the picture is not there; rather the television is mounted high on that wall. Rather than a toaster oven, there's a small microwave (something we actually prefer).

We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again in the future.

A fantastic place to stay in Sonoma in a great location - cozy and very comfortable!

Our place was wonderful. The bedding was super cozy and soft and the small touches were thoughtful. It is tucked back enough where it feels private but very close to the downtown area. We would definitely stay again.

The cottage is very pretty and well situated on the edge of Sonoma - about a mile walk in to the centre on a cycle path. Communication with the site manager was spot on (thanks Phyllis) but they kept sending important info via email, not in the app which was irritating (finding a long entry code amongst loads of emails rather than straight in the app where it should be)
As a side note, the weather was cool and heating is not really adequate, so I wouldn’t consider the cottage for an autumn/early spring break.

Wonderful and quiet little spot minutes from town and from some amazing wineries. Would come back!

Very cozy and quiet studio near the heart of Sonoma - fantastic for a getaway!

Fantastic little getaway in Sonoma! Lovely little cottage, really enjoyed the surrounding view and downtown Sonoma. Quick drive to Napa and all the wineries. Super clean place too, and it was a treat to watch all the critters move about the property.

Perfect location and great communication with the host! I would stay again in the future.

we had a wonderful time at Hunt's place! perfectly clean, wonderful environment, comfortable bed. I did have a little trouble with the washing machine, but the property manager came by and got it working! no problems after that.

I would 100% stay again. I loved the sweet details around the apartment and the beautiful outdoor setting. Very peaceful and great location!

It was wonderful place for retreat. The place is very quiet and you can hear the beautiful bird singing all day. The place is also very close to downtown Sonoma. You can enjoy walking and eating at the downtown during the day and comes back to this beautiful place to relax. I would recommend this place for your wonderful Sonoma trip and I definitely come back for my retreat again!
