We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. The surroundings were beautiful as well as the house and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds so comfortable. It was the perfect long weekend.

Our visit was seamless  and could not imagine a better visit to Sonoma. Phyllis was responsive and directive. 5/5 would visit again!

Hunt’s place, Patch Hill, was beautiful. Clean and spacious, it has beautiful views from all sides, is quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub heat were a bit finicky, but communication was swift. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Absolutely incredible property with beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and a perfect home. The pool was beyond perfect and the hot tub was just what we needed in the evening. Coffee by the fire outside made for the perfect morning! We will definitely be back!

The property has everything you need for a fun relaxing stay in Sonoma. The property manager was very helpful. The entire experience was equivalent to staying at a 5 star resort.

We really enjoyed this beautiful home with its breathtaking views from every room. The location is great, especially for quick trips to the local market or if you want to grab some food after a day of wine tasting. From the pool, to the landscaping and outdoor dining spaces, this home truly provides a magical escape.

The house and grounds are remarkable. The view from the pool overlooking the vineyards is unreal.

A WONDERFUL stay at Patch Hill! 3 generations of the family just loved it. My husband had to work while we were there and there was plenty of space for him to do so in the second living area while we played with the children in the kitchen/living room. The garden and pool are incredible, beautifully laid out and well kept, our sons told us they wanted to live there. Even though the weather was unusually poor for Sonoma, we all had a fantastic time and used the warmed pool and spa regardless. A fabulous house an easy 10 min drive from Sonoma square! We loved it!

Our group had the most wonderful time here! We ended up wanting to spend more time at the house because the backyard was like a sanctuary and the home was so beautiful and spacious inside. Very clean and had everything we needed on hand. Easy access to Sonoma and Napa. Would rent this place again in a second!

Loved this place! It's located on the top of a hill and has absolutely gorgeous views. It rained almost every day while we were there and somehow the rain made the surroundings more majestic. We we so cozy sitting in front of the fire.

The kitchen is fantastic. It has every type of pot, pan, glassware and plating. We made everything from brownies to soups to a turkey while we were there.

To note, if you have young children, this place STILL works very well. We were two families with three children under one years old. Yes, you have to bring you pack n' play, but the carpet is soft. Both lounge areas easily accommodate wine loving parents and their sprightly kids.

The loveliest Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed in. The house is so beautiful and the views are amazing. Everything about our stay was incredible. The house was so organized, the rooms were great, and the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend staying! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Sonoma!

A perfect and lovely place for my sisters 40th with my mom, sisters, and nieces. Three generation of women/girls.

The only thing was that if you want to do things in Napa or further it’s a bit of a drive. At least 40 mins each way. But it’s always a beautiful and scenic drive.

The property manager is only a text/call away and is super friendly. Phyllis went out of her way to help us create the perfect home away from home to accommodate our changes in number of guests.

They have a pool guest room in addition we were able to rent for an additional fee and it was just perfect for my teenage nieces. With its own bathroom as well.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel the privacy and stay in a grand beautiful home all to themselves or with their family. Oh and the kids loved it!

My mom loved it as well because she’s not comfortable wearing a bathing suit at the hotel resort around other people. So a private home is the best option for us.

The house was very clean, as were the linens and towels. The cookware was cleaner than most Airbnbs we've stayed at. It was comfortable, quiet and spacious.

This is a beautiful property that’s quiet, secluded and still near lots of amenities. Hunt is super responsive and helped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful space with gorgeous views of the valley, including sunrises and sunsets. House is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Kitchen appliances and cookware were comprehensive (All Clad cookware and Wustof cutlery) and included a drip coffee maker, waffle iron, blender, mixer, and plenty of plates and flatware. Living space was spacious with a comfy sectional and huge flat screen smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. I especially liked the firm mattress in the master. Outdoor space is perfect for meals and lounging during the day or night. One thing to note is that the flooring is all wood, which makes footsteps more audible. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay and the home, and I'm already planning another visit!
