Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the rent + any fees + tax payments they've made. Travelers who cancel 14 to 30 days before check-in will forfeit the original 50% of rent + tax + any fees they paid, but will get back any additional payments made. Otherwise, travelers will not receive a refund.
