You'll also find a side-yard KitchenAid gas barbeque with rotisserie for year-round outdoor cooking.
The primary bedroom overlooks the private backyard and deck and includes a queen-size bed, spa-like ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and a free-standing tub. Another feature of the primary bedroom is a separate lounge area with a Samsung smart television and Sonos speaker.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and, across the hall, a guest bathroom with walk-in shower. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is a cozy den with a sectional couch, Sony smart television and DVD player. The laundry closet, with stacked full-size Samsung washer and dryer, is conveniently located across the hall from the guest bedroom.
